We identify Small Medium Enterprises and female entrepreneurs and screen them to select a list of participants who meet the criteria to most benefit from our support. One-to-one support is then provided to each entrepreneur by providing dedicated COVID-19 impact analysis and contingency planning to these enterprises. Enterprises are then placed onto the Zimba Mart platform, which will help expose them to both local and international markets. To enable them to benefit fully from the platform we assist enterprises in the digitization process, providing them with capacity building support in digital marketing strategies, product branding and packaging and inventory management.
