By matching successful women and men with ambitious women and girls, they can help each other accomplish the equality and foundation that will shape the next generation of leaders.
The program aims to provide advice, leadership tips, and tools for young women to live purposeful and well-rounded lives.

Together with Topowa Youth Mentoring. and Kafeero Foundation we shall be organizing the TOPOWA NATIONAL SCHOOLS CAREER DAY 2018 at Naalya SS Main Campus Namugongo from 9am-5pm on the 10th March 2018. This career day is being organized by the main organizer Topowa Youth Mentoring under the theme, “Shaping the Youth through skilling, engagement and action”.
The career day will provide students with meaningful experiences that we hope will enhance their career readiness by providing them with the tools and pathways for their future.
This is an opportunity for us to encourage more girls who are pursuing STEM-related subjects and those who hope to join the STEM field.

As Zimba Women, we celebrated International Women’s Day with a book and panel discussion prior to the big day in collaboration with U.S. Embassy Kampala and The Innovation Village Kampala . The event was live-streamed on Facebook and Instagram for those who cant make it.

The 2nd Zimba Women Technology for Business Summit

The recently concluded event was an International 2-day interactive learning, professional development and Business to Business match making event to be held at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.
The Summit gathered women-owned or women-led Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) to generate discussion and exchange on the potential of entrepreneurship promotion and innovation to national and regional competitiveness using ICT tools.
The theme was “Harnessing opportunities of global trade to empower the African Woman”

The 1st Zimba Women Technology for Business Summit
